How to play Chess Puzzles
Each puzzle is a real position from the Lichess database (CC0). Your opponent makes the first move — then find the best reply.
Tap a piece, then a highlighted square. A wrong move costs a life and shows the right one with an arrow. Stuck? Tap Hint and watch a short video or give up a life – the arrow shows your next move (one move per hint), and the puzzle gives half the points.
Puzzles adapt to your rating: solve and they get harder, miss and they get easier. Harder puzzles give more points.
